5 – Refresh your stress level –

When life gets busy, take time for yourself.  Go for a walk during lunch or listen to some relaxing music while you shower or bathe.  A couple of small changes can make a big difference.

4 – Have more Fun(ds) –

For every $10 you earn, put $1 in a “fun for you” fund.  Each month, spend it on something just for you.  This will keep you motivated to work hard and enjoy life!

3 – Forever Young –

Remind yourself that someday you’ll look back on these years as “the good o’ol days.”  Do one thing that makes you feel young every day.

2 – Play it Cool –

Playing outdoors with your kids is an awesome way to burn calories.  And better yet – it helps get them away from TV!  Go on bike rides, walks, or play a game of football or even freeze tag.  It’ll keep your whole family feeling great!

1 – Take joy in the little things –

Find some simple pleasures that you don’t have to feel guilty about.  Snooze for an added 10 minutes a day, treat yourself to an occasional manicure, or enjoy delicious flavor without the calories with Extra gum.
