Stories Need to be Told or they Die (post by Kirk Weisler)

If you have heard me speak then you know that I love to tell stories.  And you know that I teach a lot about the importance of telling stories to your people.  Being a story warrior at work creates focus and builds legacy.  Here are a three great quotes about story telling that I love:

Do your people know the history of your company?  Do they know it’s story?  Do they know the story of who built it and why they did it?  If someone walked in today and asked any employee in your office to tell the story of your company – could they do it?  Tell your people stories.  Read stories to your people.  Build stories to tell.
