Every minute of it.

You don’t get to choose how you’re going to die. Or when. You can only decide how you’re going to live:
Now.

Loving life is relatively easy when things are going your way, and you can even deepen the loveliness whenever you remind yourself to NOTICE and APPRECIATE and SHARE the bounty of good stuff you’ve assembled into this particular lifetime.
When life is tough, though….well, that’s when “Life Loving” gets tested. If you get to a point where you’ve encountered too many difficulties in a row and your reserves of patience and tenacity seem nearly depleted, it is perfectly okay to stand up and scream into the void, “Hey Life! I love you, but right now I don’t like you very much!”
It’s okay to not like your life; in fact sometimes it can be really helpful to recognize that things are not what they used to be or not how you want them to be. But here’s the deal: you and this lifetime are stuck together in an arranged marriage of sorts. The bad news is that as long as you’re alive, you’re stuck with this life. The good news is that you have some options on how to deal with your life if it isn’t working: you can improve it; you can get a life make-over; you and your life can even go to counseling to help improve the relationship.
I dare you to do something tangible and measurable this week to ENJOY or IMPROVE your life. Your life will thank you. Heck, it may even send you flowers.
Peace,
