For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the
good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For
beautiful hair, let a child run his or her fingers through it once a day.
For poise, walk with the knowledge that you’ll never walk alone.
– Audrey Hepburn (1929-1993) British Actress
I don’t think my eyes are lovely…a bit bloodshot. But I know how to smile
with them. I have met many people who speak kindness with their eyes and I
want to be like them.
A slim figure… uhh, not so much. But sharing food… I can do that.
Beautiful hair…. mine is short, grey, and has gel in it. And my one-year-old does
sometimes run his hands through it. That’s when I have gel and jelly in it.
I am almost always walking away from good people and toward other good
people…and in between I am thinking about how lucky I am to know and be
surrounded by great people. I never walk alone.
I am pretty sure I have never had anyone compliment me on having attractive
lips. But I have the ability to speak words of kindness, and don’t we all?
What will you do today to be more attractive?
