Great teachers, parents, friends, and leaders work almost like an optometrist in trying to help us see more in ourselves…and then encourage us to become more of what we see.   In effect the optometrist leader says, “I want to help you see better, so you can be better.

(This is a quote I could have used on my visit to the wonderful people at Bausch & Lomb a couple of months ago)
