On Fixing, Worry and Respect (post by Kirk Weisler)
The Big idea – Worry is a wast of time!
We can often do more for other men by trying to correct our own faults than by trying to correct theirs. — Francois Fenelon (1651-1715) French Roman Catholic Theologian
Want to do more for the team? Then stop trying to fix them…. and start strengthening and improving yourself. Your example will most often be a stronger and more inspiring invitation for them to change and grow than your feedback ever would be.

Treating yourself with respect is a very big idea. Respect your body enough to take care of it with proper nutrition and rest. Respect your time enough to say NO to the many little things so you can say YES to the more important ones. Respect your relationships enough to nurture them. Respect your own need to grow spiritually, emotionally and intellectually that you make growth a regular part of your life (aka a habit).
We don’t need to demand respect nearly as much as we need to give it to others and create it for ourselves.
Have an amazing day – meaning, Create One for Yourself and Others.
