At Purdue for my annual 5 hour leadership lecture to some amazing young adults and future leaders. While here I was able to attend a basketball game, meet Purdue Pete, and hang out with my friend and mentor Professor Richard Feinberg who I asked to help me with today’s T4D.
So here it is….
It’s not up to other people to keep you encouraged. It’s up to you. Encouragement should come from inside.
Forgiveness is not about being nice and kind; it’s about letting go so you can claim the amazing future that awaits you.
Give people a little room while they are in the process of changing.
When you hold others back, you are really holding yourself back.
Go out into the day and be determined to enjoy it.
And he also recommended this video… Tribute to the lady who waves at passing students. Very nice….proof that the little things are the big things.

Thank you Richard… and thank you friends
Enjoy your weekend.
