We all know that leaders seek to remove pointless barriers so that their teams can tackle the important barriers with all of the innovation and engagement they possess.
Last night night I saw this video and story in my news feed… and I watched it, and then I watched it again…. and when I am through posting this from somewhere in Mexico City tonight…. I will watch it again.
On a smaller scale – I can imagine so many teams doing this for so many of their team members. And I love the way that imagining makes me feel.
